Mat flow class covers a mixture of Pilates exercises to functional training. Challenging your body helping to strengthen, balance and co-ordinate your movements for a better understanding of your own core control. Each week will help you developed a structure to your movement techniques and create a pathway to success in an all round balanced body and perfecting your posture.
